With a strong academic background in Architecture and a master’s degree in Environmental Design, Olushola brings a design-thinking mindset to communications, ensuring that every campaign is both impactful and people-focused.

Olushola currently works as a Customer Service Advisor at the Wheatley Group, one of Scotland’s leading housing and care organisations. Her daily interactions with people from various backgrounds have further enriched her capacity to lead communications that are empathetic, relevant, and inclusive.
